This project involved the renovation and construction of 12 new retail units in a £60m revamp. The architect stated “The investment being made by Derwent is not only a welcome boost to the local community which will use the facilities, but also for retailers, contractors and construction trades in local the area.” This project is a building block for future regeneration in the ellesmere area.
