The new £4.5m retail building takes design inspiration from New York and Paris in it’s dramatic architecture. The new store implements an in-store café and two floors of retail space. According to the architect, the store will bring “a shopping experience with a wow factor.”

The large scale Wakefield Westgate regeneration was a major redevelopment of the town’s main shopping facilities as well as incorporating office and residential space.

This project involved the renovation and construction of 12 new retail units in a £60m revamp.

The £50m refurbishment of the 50 year old Leeds Shopping centre is one of the biggest projects in the UK in recent years. Not only is the Merrion Centre a shopping hub in the centre of Leeds, it is now home to a number of modern, furnished offices.

The multi-million expansion of the Kilner Way Retail Park includes three retail units, smaller shops, a gym and a restaurant. This project provided a huge boost to the local community offering both jobs in retail and construction.

One of the largest retail developments in Europe, Leeds’ Trinity centre is certainly an eye catching architectural project. Home to over 120 shops, restaurants and bars, this project is one of the largest developments in the UK in recent years.
