One Nine Elms is a mixed-use skyscraper development in London, consisting of residential apartments and hotel accommodation. It is set to be one of the largest residential towers in Europe.

This stunning new development creates a complex which in involves residential, retail, hotels and offices. The First Street North section of the project incorporates the Greater Manchester Arts Centre next to a 4* hotel. The architects, Buro Four, stated “To create a vibrant and sustainable, cultural and business quarter of the highest quality, ensuring a careful balance between technology and simplicity, and adopting a smart design of buildings and places.”

The modern £6m Castleford bus station is now one of the primary hubs of bus travel within Yorkshire. The large glazed area enhances the appearence which has now become a landmark in the town centre.

The £34m factory redevelopment will safeguard 400 jobs and create another 100. The project is said to increase the visitor experience and increase capacity to 3m pieces per year.

The new £4.5m retail building takes design inspiration from New York and Paris in it’s dramatic architecture. The new store implements an in-store café and two floors of retail space.

With the brand new facilities in Normanton, SEW Eurodrive can now deliver in excess of 1500 geared motors per week with current manning levels. The facilities also include two meeting rooms, two training rooms, reception area and a permenent exhibition area.

Future Business Centre is a purpose built incubation centre encouraging the growth and developments of new start ups and entrepreneurs. The project architect was Saunders Boston and the facade incorporated a large variety of different sizes and colours.
