The architect stated “The modern, innovative and efficient state of the art building has been totally built for purpose and is a positive addition for the Chippenham community and local employers.” The new building allows the school to increase its teaching capacity to 300.

The new £400m campus will create 4000 jobs in the Swansea area. The campus will feature an innovation hub, a manufacturing centre, a materials research laboratory, a great hall and library and cafes and bars.

The £45m city centre college not only incoporates educational facilities, but also implements a restaurant, gym, spa, beauty salons, shops and a conferance centre into the new state of the art building.

The new Dean’s building at Lincoln College provides high quality leisure facilties to both the students and the general public. The new facility incorporates large conference and meeting rooms, a range of breakout rooms and a sports hall. The unique glazed corner of the building is certainly a sight to behold.

Heath Park Academy’s expansion and refurbishment is set to upgrade the overall appearance of the school and to create a better educational environment for both students and teachers alike.

The £14.4m development of the academy will develop a new dining area and catering facilities, as well as refurbishments to the sports hall, music theatre and art facilities.

The new Constantine college will provide 620 additional study bedrooms and social hub. Leading with a BREEAM “excellent and low energy” design concept, the building uses high levels of insulation and an air-tight Facade to prevent loss of energy.

The Samuel Alexander building is set right in the heart of the University of Manchester’s campus. The refurbishment will involve the incorporation of new classrooms, a new café and new office spaces and lecture halls. The £11m investment is a major project in the expansion of their language and linguistics provision.

The new £23m state of the art building now has the capacity for 1200 students. The modern facilities include improved performing arts halls, economics rooms, music rooms and fitness studio. The building incorporates a modern looking facade creating a better working environment for both students and teachers.
